Private Equity-backed Chemical Manufacturer: Interim Head of HR

A private equity-backed Chemical Manufacturing company that provides proprietary technology solutions to address the global challenge of waterborne nutrient pollution. 

Challenge: The new CEO, placed by AccelPeople’s counterparts at Westwood & Wilshire, was immediately consumed by an avalanche of operational and human capital challenges.  The company’s technology and manufacturing operations are top notch, but the company needed a new cohesive growth strategy.  This would entail shutting down several existing lines of business and expanding others at multiple sites around the country.

Solution: After consulting with the new CEO, it was determined that he needed an interim Head of HR Operations to execute the overhaul.  AccelPeople quickly identified, vetted and orchestrated a full suite of interviews for 3 finalist candidates.  The interim HR lead has hit the ground (and skies) running and the turnaround effort is well underway."
